GUIDELINES TO PARENTS

Self-discipline is necessary to achieve self-direction. The school rules are a help to strengthen the students’ determination for growth in self-direction. They are guidelines to self improvement rather than restriction to it.

  • Read the contents of this Almanac carefully and abide by the rules laid down by the school authorities.
  • Every pupil must have the school hand book which is a record concerning the students. It must be brought to school daily.
  • The name, class and section should be clearly marked on all the belongings of the student.
  • Student's personal information should reach the class teacher by filling in the page of student personal record.
  • Date of Birth with proof submitted at the time of admission will not be changed on any ground.
  • Children when sick should not be sent to school.
  • If any child falls sick in school, the school shall inform the parents. The parents should take the child from the school at the earliest.
  • Students should come to school in proper uniform on working days and for all school functions including every PTM day.
  • You are requested to co-operate with the school in its attempt to help your ward's progress by paying attention to his/her regularily punctuality and discipline.
  • You should look into your ward's progress every day and see that the lessons assigned for the day are done and revised.
  • Gifting or presenting any item to any teacher/staff is strictly prohibited.
  • In case of any legitimate complaint or if you feel your ward is not making the desired progress. You may meet the Principal at the earliest or write to her/him personally.
  • Leave for half day is strongly discouraged. In emergency, written permission must be taken from the Principal or Vice Principal and a half day leave may be granted after 12.00 noon.
  • The uniform provided for House Activities is to be wear by the students on every Wednesday and Saturday.
  • The class teacher should be informed if there is any change in adress or telephone number. The changes should be recorded in the diary as well.
  • Parents / Guardians are not permit to enter classrooms to meet the children or to seek unschedule interviews with teachers during school hours.
  • Polythene bags, Plastics Waterbottels are not allowed in school campus.
  • Our school is plastic free zone and Eco - Friendly in Nature. Any information given in the Almanac is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the school authorities. Information will be sent across accordingly.
